The popularity of drones has led to them being blamed as the source of many UFO sightings. But one recent sighting has law enforcement confused. According to the Daily Record, a cop from Glasgow was chasing what she thought was a drone in the sky while on her way to a shopping centre. After leaving her station early Tuesday, the officer saw a bright light in the sky she thought was a drone. She drove to the shopping centre in an attempt to shake the drone from following her, but the attempt was unsuccessful. The officer called the general complaints line for Police Scotland to report the incident. She returned to her station to talk to a senior officer and pointed to the white dot in the sky that was following her. The senior officer looked up and realized that she was pointing to Jupiter, which was visible in the sky. This rookie cop in needs to learn the difference between a drone and a planet.
