KEN HERON YOUTUBE CHANNEL OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The following rules are in effect for all contests on the Ken Heron YouTube channel.

Employees and immediate families of the channel, participating sponsors or prize suppliers are not eligible to win.

No purchase necessary. Contest void where prohibited by any and all local, state, and federal laws.

Winners are responsible for watching the channel’s content to see if they’ve won and are given 30 days to contact kenheronupload@gmail.com with a mailing address in order for said prize to be shipped to them.

Prizes will be shipped anywhere in the world, as long as shipping costs don’t exceed the total value of the prize.

All winners, names, likeness and voice may be used by the Ken Heron YouTube channel, contest sponsors and prize suppliers for publicity purposes.

Ken Heron reserves the right to refuse a contestant a prize where an applicable age is necessary and the channel has made the necessary age to win available.

Ken Heron reserves the right to substitute any prize not grantable for another prize of equal value.

Ken Heron has the right to change rules for specific contests at any point in time, without written or verbal notice.

All contestants must be 16-years-old unless otherwise specified.

By accepting a prize, winner releases Ken Heron and it’s promotional partners from any liability resulting from injury during use of said prize.

Winners of prizes totaling $600 or more are required by state and federal law to claim prize value on 1099 tax form.

All prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
