The regulations under their control appear to have been written for general aviation, which is evidenced by the requirement that a "Noise certificate to be carried on board aircraft" requirement is in the regulations. However, they have a request for comment open. AAUS is asking for your input, as part of an industry response to the department. The AAUS Noise Regulation Working Group has released a draft position paper for members to review and provide feedback.
