As we all know, a perspective from the air can be very revealing. Sometimes, activists use drones to highlight bad behaviour by corporations. Tank 106 at the Come By Chance oil refinery in Newfoundland and Labrador was taken out of service in 2014 to be assessed for repairs. But years later, the nearly 20-metre high tank is still partially collapsed. A CBC News investigation raises questions about what has been done to address past environmental concerns at the refinery.
