The import of Drones is not permitted into Dubai. Anyone flying into the country isn't even allowed to bring one drone in. To bring in a drone, a permit is required. Not because its a drone, but because it uses RF to communicate. One Dubai passenger was recently caught bringing in multiple Phantom 4 drones, together with a quantity of gold.
