An Apple drone could come to life as a new patent application was just spotted. According to the patent, Apple is developing technology for an "unmanned aerial vehicle" or UAV. It was noted that two further drone-related patent applications have just been revealed, with the original filings suggesting that Apple was trying to keep the project a secret. The first patent relates to methods of pairing and unpairing certain drones to controllers. It also appears to be describing a method of control of a drone being handed from one controller to another potentially while still maintaining flight. The other new patent reportedly relates to controlling the drone through the use of a cellular network.
